It’s coming to that time of year when spring is in the air…well sort of.  The blossoms are on the tree’s at least and we have had the odd reminder of what the sun looks and feels like after the devastation of the heavy duty rains back in February.  For many of us, the floods of 2014  ravaged homes and lives for a long time to come, but spring offers a fresh hope to turn around a sorry situation and get something wonderful to grow out of the ruins.
